We do not accept Solo and Electron online but if you select direct debit lump sum you can enter the sort code and account number shown on your Solo and Electron card. If paying by card, "card number" refers to the long number shown across the middle of your card (this is between 16 and 21 digits).

Yes, payment by direct debit is available, provided the proposer is aged 18 or over, and subject to a minimum premium. We require a deposit to start your van insurance and then the balance can be paid by Direct Debit over the following 10 months. A credit charge is payable and this will be added to your total premium. Full details of the direct debit deposit, instalment amounts and APR will be provided with your quote summary.

Yes, you can cancel your Direct Debit at anytime by advising your Bank or Building Society. Please note that, by cancelling your Direct Debit, you are also cancelling the Credit Agreement. If you are cancelling your Direct Debit before the final payment has been made to us, the outstanding balance becomes payable immediately.
IMPORTANT: Cancelling your Direct Debit does not automatically cancel your van insurance policy.
Yes, with Comprehensive cover only, providing the vehicle is repairable (not written off) and the claim is arranged through your insurance company's approved repairer. The provision of a courtesy van will be subject to availability.
